Spinning the wax at the winter Rock 'n' Roll Party will be your all time favourite Disc Jockeys The Two Pete's

PETE BRUCE and WILD CAT PETE

THE MUSIC

We are proud to present an incredible line-up of top Rock 'N' Roll entertainment for the Winter Rock 'N' Roll Party.

FRANKIE FORD is the Star of our Show, Everybody will be familiar with his classic recording of 'Sea Cruise' which was a massive hit for him in 1959. For 40 years Frankie has been performing his own special brand of New Orleans Rock 'n' Roll and is one of the most dynamic entertainers in the world. He is going to rock your socks off.

JET HARRIS not only topped the British charts in 1963 with instrumental classics 'Diamonds', 'Scarlett O'Hara' and 'Applejack' but was also one of the original Shadows playing on great hits like 'Apache', 'Kon Tiki' and 'FBI'. Jet Harris's Shadows, including key- keyboard wizard Cliff Hall, will send you rocking back to the early sixties.

CRAZY CAVAN AND THE RHYTHM ROCKERS, the pride of Wales, helped to keep Rock 'n' Roll alive for more than 25 years with their own unique sound. Their many loyal fans will agree we could pick no better band to close our show.

From Germany we are delighted to present two of the best European Bands. THE KENTUCKY BOYS have been performing Rock 'n' Roll for 10 years and have many fans in the UK, while LOU CIFER AND THE HELLIONS have to be seen to be believed. Their crazy antics and wild music made them the hit of the last Teddy Boy Weekender.

Our Show is completed by the popular London Band, TONIC BLUE, and the exciting KOOL AND THE KRAZY from Surrey.

Special event:

THE 14th ANNUAL UK ROCKERS REUNION, Sat., Jan. 25, 2000.
--The Blue Caps played 17 songs in total and were a great success.
--The songs were as follows: Lotta Lovin' / Rock-A-Round / Yes I Love You Baby Frankie & Johnny / Rollin' Danny / Lovely Loretta / I Got A Baby Who's Pushing Your Swing / Say Mama / Dance To the Bop / Right Now / Somewhere Over The Rainbow / Rocky Road Blues / Baby Blue / Be-Bop-A-Lula / I Wish I was In Dixie / Suzie-Q.
--The band did an interview for BBC TV and appeared on two radio stations during their stay in England.
--Dickie Harrell wants to personally thank all the fans that attend the gig. He appreciates the loyalty. He said, "Some I spoke to came to see if we were really alive. I enjoyed meeting and talking with as many as I could. There was one time I almost started to cry as they were so nice to us. All I can say is that they made this old Blue Cap feel good. It was wonderful to see so many age groups asking about Gene. I gave away all my drum sticks and hats. I loved it! Will we go back? Who knows, maybe."
